North2South Renovations brings estate-level craftsmanship to Sanctuary homes: chef’s kitchens, spa-style primary suites, full interior renovations and custom millwork. We coordinate with the community’s association process and gate procedures and handle City of Boca Raton permits from start to finish.

As a licensed Florida general contractor (License #CBC1269429) with 15 years of remodeling experience across Palm Beach County, we manage every step with one point of contact and clear communication.

Sanctuary estates are large, custom homes, so renovations here are about matching finishes to the scale and quality of the architecture. Common projects include reworking kitchens for entertaining, rebuilding primary bathrooms, replacing flooring throughout and updating older homes with modern layouts and systems.

Because The Sanctuary is a guard-gated community with its own association, contractor access and exterior-visible work are typically coordinated with the association before construction begins. Homes are within the City of Boca Raton, so permits go through the city’s building department. We manage both so your project starts on schedule.

Colby and his team at North2South Renovations are the best choice for remodeling and renovation in Delray Beach — and all of South Florida across the board! Not just in the quality of their work, but their quality as people. As a young, single, woman homeowner, I hesitated to hire any professional contractors and was nervous to allow them into my home. I struggled finding someone I could trust, and did most of the work by myself for the first 4 years. I was referred to North2South by friends, and I only wish I met Colby and his team sooner! At all times, myself, my roommate, AND my pets all felt comfortable and happy to have Colby’s team — Brian, Caiden, Chad, and Scotty working on our home. From the first consult, I could tell he is very passionate about the work, quality, and making the clients’ dreams come to life. This is not one of those companies where the GC is this illusory figure who is hard to reach, and subcontracts out everything, or who only shows up when convenient for him. Colby was there every step of the way, making sure everything went smoothly from designing, permitting, reconfiguring, demo, installation, coordinating deliveries, and more. On top of it all, the prices are very fair, and you can tell he cares more about producing quality work and the name of the company he’s built than just making money. I absolutely LOVE my new ceiling, windows, and countertops. I would absolutely recommend North2South to anyone who’s looking for the best kitchen, bathroom, or whole home renovation in Delray Beach, FL and greater Palm Beach County area. I would and hopefully WILL gladly hire them again.Read full review

I live in an attached villa in Delray Beach built in 1990. I wanted to improve my whole kitchen and the outer area in my master bath. Having never done this before I set out to find a company to do the job. After a few calls to friend’s referrals, it felt as if it was too small a job to warrant much attention from them, basically they ignored me because business is booming nowRead full review

I recently had my master bathroom completely renovated by North 2 South Renovations, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. From the very beginning, Colby, the founder, was an exceptional communicator. He was responsive, professional, and offered thoughtful suggestions that really helped bring the vision together. His guidance made decision-making so much easier, and it was clear he genuinely cared about the end result. His team—Brian, Chad, Leo, Scotty, and Caden were outstanding. Each one of them took tremendous pride in their workmanship, and it showed in every detail. They were consistently on time, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. It’s rare to find a crew that is not only skilled, but also so respectful and considerate. They treated my home with care, always covering furniture and protecting surrounding areas, which I truly appreciated. You could tell they respected the space as if it were their own. The transformation of my 30-year-old bathroom is incredible. The finished product exceeded my expectations, and the quality of the work speaks for itself. They truly went the extra mile in every aspect of the project. If you’re looking for a company that is professional, reliable, and delivers beautiful results, I highly recommend North 2 South Renovations. I am beyond thrilled with my new bathroom.Read full review

Do I need association approval to renovate in The Sanctuary?

In most cases, yes. The Sanctuary is a guard-gated community with its own association, and work that affects the exterior or brings contractors and dumpsters on site is typically reviewed before construction begins. We prepare the documentation and coordinate gate access for our crews.

Who issues building permits in The Sanctuary?

The Sanctuary is within the City of Boca Raton, so permits are issued by the city’s building department. Remodels involving plumbing, electrical or structural changes require a permit. As your licensed general contractor (License #CBC1269429), we handle the application, plan review and inspections.

Can you renovate while we spend part of the year away?

Yes. Many Sanctuary owners schedule renovations while they travel. We coordinate access with you and the community, send regular progress updates and photos, and walk the finished project with you when you return.

How much does a remodel cost in The Sanctuary?

Most bathroom renovations range from $15,000–$45,000+ and kitchen remodels from $30,000–$75,000, depending on scope, materials and whether the layout changes. Sanctuary estates usually call for larger spaces and premium materials, so projects often land at the upper end of those ranges or above. We give you an itemized estimate after our walkthrough.

How long does a renovation take?

A typical bathroom renovation takes 3–6 weeks of construction, and kitchens run 6–10 weeks. Whole-home renovations vary by scope. Association review and city permitting add lead time before work starts, so we build them into the schedule from day one.

Do you work in other Boca Raton communities?

Yes. We remodel homes throughout Boca Raton, including Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club, Old Floresta and Broken Sound. Visit our Boca Raton remodeling page to see the areas we serve.
