From a small local shop to a full-service remodeler

What started as a small local operation in 2010 grew into a trusted name for bathrooms, kitchens and whole-home renovations across South Florida. That growth came from the basics: attention to detail, clear communication, and doing what we said we would do.

We manage every part of a job, from the first plan through construction and the finishing touches, with the same team on site and one person to call.

“We don’t just remodel homes. We rebuild trust, craftsmanship, and comfort from the ground up. Every project is personal to us, because every client becomes part of the North2South family.”

Colby Matheny, Owner-Operator

How we work

  • One accountable contractor

Structural changes, plumbing, electrical and finish work all move on one schedule, run by one licensed company.

  • Honest about the work

Clear estimates, straight talk, and a call before anything changes the budget.

  • On site, every day

The crew shows up when we said it would, keeps the job clean, and Colby checks the progress himself.

Licensed, insured and easy to check

North2South Renovations is a Florida Certified Building Contractor, license CBC1269429. Look it up yourself on the state’s DBPR site, and ask any contractor you are comparing to do the same.

Colby and his team at North2South Renovations are the best choice for remodeling and renovation in Delray Beach — and all of South Florida across the board! Not just in the quality of their work, but their quality as people. As a young, single, woman homeowner, I hesitated to hire any professional contractors and was nervous to allow them into my home. I struggled finding someone I could trust, and did most of the work by myself for the first 4 years. I was referred to North2South by friends, and I only wish I met Colby and his team sooner! At all times, myself, my roommate, AND my pets all felt comfortable and happy to have Colby’s team — Brian, Caiden, Chad, and Scotty working on our home. From the first consult, I could tell he is very passionate about the work, quality, and making the clients’ dreams come to life. This is not one of those companies where the GC is this illusory figure who is hard to reach, and subcontracts out everything, or who only shows up when convenient for him. Colby was there every step of the way, making sure everything went smoothly from designing, permitting, reconfiguring, demo, installation, coordinating deliveries, and more. On top of it all, the prices are very fair, and you can tell he cares more about producing quality work and the name of the company he’s built than just making money. I absolutely LOVE my new ceiling, windows, and countertops. I would absolutely recommend North2South to anyone who’s looking for the best kitchen, bathroom, or whole home renovation in Delray Beach, FL and greater Palm Beach County area. I would and hopefully WILL gladly hire them again.Read full review

Colby did a great job on our home remodel. He was super communicative, professional, and really hardworking. Even on his off days, he still answered our questions and made sure we felt good about everything. I really appreciated the way he understood our vision and gave helpful insight along the way. I’d definitely recommend Colby to anyone looking for solid remodeling work.Read full review

They did a perfect job replacing our countertops and backsplash. Helped with finding a stone company and consistently answered any questions we had. When I called I got quick responses. The owner, Colby Methany, is AMAZING. I have never met such a polite, kind owner of a company. Anyone needs contractors he’s the one. I can’t say enough about him and his company. Thank you for everything Colby!!Read full review
