Open-Concept Kitchen Remodeling

Colby and his team did a great job with our home renovation! His team was professional, skilled and very detailed. Colby kept us updated on progress along with way as well as discuss and explain any roadblocks the team was facing. I appreciate that the team kept on schedule, and on budget. I've worked with several different firms and this was by far the best experience. I highly recommend them!

Colby and his team at North2South Renovations are the best choice for remodeling and renovation in Delray Beach — and all of South Florida across the board! Not just in the quality of their work, but their quality as people.

As a young, single, woman homeowner, I hesitated to hire any professional contractors and was nervous to allow them into my home. I struggled finding someone I could trust, and did most of the work by myself for the first 4 years. I was referred to North2South by friends, and I only wish I met Colby and his team sooner! At all times, myself, my roommate, AND my pets all felt comfortable and happy to have Colby’s team — Brian, Caiden, Chad, and Scotty working on our home.

From the first consult, I could tell he is very passionate about the work, quality, and making the clients’ dreams come to life. This is not one of those companies where the GC is this illusory figure who is hard to reach, and subcontracts out everything, or who only shows up when convenient for him. Colby was there every step of the way, making sure everything went smoothly from designing, permitting, reconfiguring, demo, installation, coordinating deliveries, and more.

On top of it all, the prices are very fair, and you can tell he cares more about producing quality work and the name of the company he’s built than just making money.

I absolutely LOVE my new ceiling, windows, and countertops. I would absolutely recommend North2South to anyone who’s looking for the best kitchen, bathroom, or whole home renovation in Delray Beach, FL and greater Palm Beach County area. I would and hopefully WILL gladly hire them again.

North2South did an excellent job on our kitchen remodel. We didn’t really have a clear vision of what exactly we wanted, but we knew our ugly outdated kitchen had to go. Colby and his team walked us through the design process, listened when we had ideas or opinions, and took the lead when we were clueless. I can’t tell you how many times we said “just do whatever you would do if it was your house”, and each time they proved that they were deserving of that trust. They ended up changing the footprint/layout of the kitchen, moving plumbing, replacing all the floors,.
